Your Lovable Lawyer's Guide to Legal Wellness

Fighting Back Against a World That's Out to Cheat You

About The Book

Whether it’s understanding such things as what to do when you’re in an auto accident, the limitations of what you can say about someone online, or the perils your family might face when you don’t have a will and trust, you deserve—nay, require—legal guidance that offers you the tools to fight back against a world that’s out to cheat you.

Over my thirty years in legal practice, I’ve observed a societal bias that denies justice to people who need it the most. Whether the issue is detecting a legal problem, finding a lawyer, or figuring out how to pay for one, Your Lovable Lawyer’s Guide to Legal Wellness offers practical, legal guidance in a fun and friendly format that brings legal empowerment to people who never thought they could access the law.

I’d invite you to think of it this way: Plenty of emotional wellness content exists (for example, Dr. Phil teaches people how to stay mentally safe), and lots of financial wellness content is available (for instance, Jim Cramer instructs people on how to make sound financial decisions). But where it concerns legal wellness, nothing exists besides courtroom shows and commentary that are more exploitative than preventative. So why not help you avoid legal problems in the first place the same way a physical keeps you from getting sick. Yes, I’m talking about a legal physical!

So join me, would you, on a journey to legal self-confidence, empowerment, and peace of mind. A journey to legal wellness.
