In this groundbreaking book, internationally acclaimed author and entrepreneurial mindset expert Gary G. Schoeniger combines insights gleaned from hundreds of everyday entrepreneurs and motivational research to create a practical how-to guide that not only shows us how to be more innovative and entrepreneurial in our own lives but also how to unleash the entrepreneurial potential in others.

Drawing from real-world stories this book shows us how to:
  • Demystify the entrepreneurial process in a way that anyone can embrace
  • Recognize how your mindset can affect your ability to adapt in the face of change
  • Apply a five-step method to identify and evaluate the opportunities that exist in your everyday life
  • Shift your mindset by undertaking an entrepreneurial project of your own
  • Unlock the entrepreneurial potential that lies dormant in our students, our workforce, and our communities

The Entrepreneurial Mindset Advantage shows us the power of a subtle shift in perspective. This book looks beyond new venture creation to expose the entrepreneurial mindset as a teachable framework for thinking that has become essential for individuals, organizations, and communities to adapt and thrive in today’s rapidly changing world.
