Renowned for her engaging, detail-oriented teaching style and ability to simplify complex concepts, Brooke has empowered thousands to harness the transformative power of their breath, energy, and body through trainings, workshops, and retreats.
Before becoming a mother, Brooke spent over five years touring Asia and Europe, leading more than 60 retreats, teaching at major wellness festivals, and founding Brooke Elliston Yoga, an online platform dedicated to yoga and breath practices for her global community.
