About The Illustrator
Jake McDonald graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in illustration and now specializes in digital illustration for kids. His work can be found across the world, proudly sitting on bookshop shelves in Asia, Europe, and the United States. Taking a playful approach to illustration, Jake is inspired by all things storytelling, from board games to Studio Ghibli. He credits a childhood meeting with Chris Riddell for showing him the potential for the career that he loves.
