About The Author

Kristin La Flamme is a California native but having lived in Germany for over a decade withshort stints in Hawaii and Virginia, now lives in Oregon with her family. She has a BFA in Graphic Design, and worked in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., as a designer before embarking on a life as an Army wife and artist. Kristin has had her textile art shown internationally in group and solo shows, and is a co-author of “Twelve by Twelve: The International Art Quilt Challenge.”
