About The Author

Jay is an expert at the intersection of sports and business, having cofounded three companies and consulted or participated in 50+ transactions. After a successful career consulting other business owners of companies, both big and small, along with supporting research, Jay contends the athletic education is the link between mediocrity and greatness in business. He started an elite accelerator for athletes, SuccessCoach.com, that blends the mindset strategies of elite CEOs and an actionable playbook to transition athletic talents into thriving business ventures.

Jay was a student-athlete at the University of Nevada where he played football. He has a master’s in English Literature from National University and has been recognized for Business Excellence in Venture Capital / Private Equity from Columbia Business School where he has pursued his MBA as well.
