About The Author

John Bersani is a first-time cookbook author, having turned his energy toward his passions of cooking, wine, and all things Italian after a long career in the business world. He is the grandson of Italian immigrants on both sides of his family. Together with his wife, Cyndy, John has lived in the small town of Gaiole-in-Chianti for the past 18 years. The Bersani's have three adult children who share their love of Italy. John and Cyndy split their time between Chianti and the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
