Larry Jacobson

Dr. Larry Jacobson has almost 40 years of experience in representing close to 1,000 owners and buyers of professional practices with respect to the sale or purchase of their practices. Dr. Jacobson also has vast experience in working with professional practices on transition planning, including matters such as valuation, tax planning and legal planning (including practice sales, purchases, employment agreements, noncompete agreements and partnership restructurings such as partner buy-ins, buyouts and buy sell agreements). A former senior partner in a large Chicago law firm and currently as a licensed attorney and certified public accountant, Dr. Jacobson has vast real-life experience in getting professional practices practices sold and getting a variety of transition assignments completed successfully.
