As a contributor to leading publications including Thrive Global, Market Watch, and Forbes, and through her podcast Intentional Leadership, Janelle draws from extensive experience to arm people with the mindset, strategies, and tools that are essential to lead themselves and others to better outcomes. She pursued certifications in mindfulness, meditation, and trauma-informed yoga, yet another tool she uses to teach people to overcome their own challenges. With a genuine heart, Janelle helps leaders fortify their minds so they are best equipped to overcome unresolved trauma and embrace peace and balance in their lives.
Janelle is a mother of five, nana of multiple grandkids, and lives with her family in Birch Bay, Washington.
