Her love for baking started later in her life shortly after deciding to switch to a vegan lifestyle, resulting in a love for food photography, graphic design and recipe writing. After running a successful dessert business for many years, she took a hiatus to renovate her home with her partner - but during that time, she was approached to write a book.
