She was a worship leader for over twelve years, a home-school mom for nine years, and is a workshop facilitator for Willow Creek Association Arts Conferences. Caron serves in the Creative Arts Department at Discovery Church in Orlando, Florida, alongside her husband, David, who has served as the senior pastor for twenty-one years.
